The Authentic Voice
The "authentic voice" is the one that's listened to and respected, now. People are attracted to and are influenced by those who sound genuine, and intolerance is high for those who don't.
-When a Youtuber is promoting a AAA video game, calling it a good game when in fact it's subpar, he's called a "shill." A shill is an accomplice of a swindler, so calling him a "shill" is saying that he's in cahoots with the big gaming company who made the mediocre game (a lot of bad AAA games came out recently, so this term is widely used now).
-Trump, in spite of all his baggage, stood out as an authentic voice, Kamala sounded like a rehearsed one. People already instantly know when the politician is just reciting a speech written by a speechwriter that is delivered by a teleprompter. They can see the eyes reading, moving across the screen. In this respect, the Obamas are really good, they still deliver impromptu speeches.
-So many people unsubscribed from the mainsteam media news (CNN, MSNBC, ABC, etc) channels after Trump's second win. People don't care much for the media-team-produced voices anymore. A lot have said that mainstream news in the US has declined considerably.
-Meanwhile, Joe Rogan has almost 19M subscribers. And people still listen to Asmongold even after he said horrible things about the Gazan people (he apologized); he didn't get cancelled as many people do after saying similar offensive statements. Because they have what are deemed as authentic voices.
-people who only have copy-paste, text-based opinions most probably won't have a lot of followers. But start making a video of yourself talking about your opinion in an authentic manner, giving off the vibe of how strongly you feel about it, then you will gain some.
In fact, you can spew thousands of lies, in a tone that seems genuine, and there will be some people who will resonate with you. Again, the authentic verbal/visual delivery is what matters nowadays.
