Ferolino is arguing that the cases were very complex and need more time to review, but the facts are, a conviction involving BBM's moral turpitude DOES exist, and he did not even pay fines to the proper venue after his acquittal in the Court of Appeals. To this day, he is still a convict.
Ferolino's talking as if she's tasked to write everything by herself. Every Comelec commissioner has a horde of lawyers and clerks who provide assistance in each case. I smell bullshit. I don't believe her.
I agree with Guanzon that in light of clear facts such as these, it should not have taken more than 3 days to write a decision.
